Hours of Service Waiver Hours of Service Waiver
Governor Eric Holcomb issued an executive order to waive hours of service for the transportation of propane in the State of Indiana due to the extreme cold, the late harvest and wet conditions. The executive order was effective until December 2, 2019. On November 22, 2019, The Regional Field Administrators for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's Midwestern, Southern and Western Service Centers, declared that an emergency exists that warrants extension of Regional Emergency Declaration No. 2019-008 and continuing the exemption until January 10, 2020 or until the emergency no longer exists. Please keep an eye on your email for additional updates or contact the IPGA office with any questions.
