The Indiana Propane Gas Association (IPGA) is a member-focused trade organization providing services that communicate, educate, and promote the propane industry in Indiana. The association was formed in 1952, to offer opportunities to learn, through training and networking with peers, and to aid with legislative issues that contribute to operating a safe and successful company. Because the industry is highly regulated, the Indiana Propane Gas Association continues to focus on education, networking, and representing the interest of Indiana propane businesses to the government, while assisting members in remaining current on important regulations in the propane industry. The Indiana Propane Gas Association is one of many state and regional propane gas associations affiliated with the National Propane Gas Association and the Propane Education Research Council (PERC).
