2026 IPGA Employee Training

The Indiana Propane Gas Association is offering in-person employee training and, NEW THIS YEAR, live interactive virtual training.

The PERC Education Program (PEP) is a new employee training program that’s function based, modular, and completely customizable. IPGA has put together customized class offerings that focus on training the necessary skills for specific jobs.

To make training more accessible to everyone, classes are held in multiple locations. Classes are open to members and non-members and pre-registration is necessary.

Registration:
Attendance at all training classes is by pre-registration only.
The registration deadline is two weeks prior to the start of each class.
Registration Fee: $70 per day

PERC Training Accounts / The Learning Center:
Students MUST come to the first day of training prepared to log in and access their PERC training account. The management and access of a student’s PERC account is the responsibility of the student and/or manager. For assistance with existing accounts or setting up a new account, please visit the PERC Learning Center at http://training.propane.com/#/login.

Once a learner completes a module and the knowledge assessment at the end, their progress will be recorded in their online transcript with The Learning Center, and a certificate of completion will be available.
